Milan, June 2025 – LDP is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Salary Partners: Lawyers Raffaele Caso and Antonella Iacobellis and Chartered Accountant Alessandra Zago. These appointments further strengthen the Firm’s professional structure and mark an important step in its ongoing growth, in a year that has seen a significant increase in legal, tax, and labour advisory activities for both domestic and international clients.

The newly appointed Salary Partners have been with LDP for several years, holding key roles in the Legal, Labour, and Tax departments, respectively. Each has made substantial contributions to positioning LDP among the leading firms in corporate and multinational advisory services. 
Raffaele Caso, Lawyer at LDP, joined the Firm in 2015. He specializes in corporate law, M&A, tax law and tax litigation (also drawing from prior experience at the Italian Revenue Agency), commercial contracts, and corporate compliance (Legislative Decree 231/2001). With over twenty years of experience, he currently advises both national and international clients and serves as Supervisory Board Member and Statutory Auditor for several companies.
Antonella Iacobellis, Labour Lawyer at LDP, has been with the Firm since 2021 and brings over fifteen years of experience in labour law and industrial relations, gained at leading national and international law firms and consultancy firms. She is also a published author in the field, a lecturer in postgraduate courses and Master’s programs and a recognized expert in HR training.
Alessandra Zago, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, joined LDP in 2023. She advises clients on national and international direct taxation and provides support in tax restructuring for both SMEs and multinational groups. Alessandra specializes in corporate consultancy and extraordinary transactions, with years of experience gained at top-tier tax and legal firms and consulting companies.
With these appointments, LDP reinforces its internal structure and reaffirms its commitment to investing in people and enhancing key areas of expertise.
