LDP offices are based in Milan via Buonarroti 39, close to City Life district area. The building of 1600 sm host the different professional’s division and includes a co-working area dedicated to  “innovative start-up”,  meetings room and one amphitheater at Client disposal.

LDP has more than 27 years of experience in providing  Tax,  Legal, Payroll, M&A, Transfer Pricing and Global Mobility services. These services are delivered by three legal entities: LDP Tax & Law, LDP Payroll, and LDP Lab which provide Robot Process Automation consultancy.

Giuseppe is a CPA  and co-founder in  1993 at LDP Tax and Law.
Giuseppe has extensive experience in providing Tax and Legal advice including, M&A transactions and private equity deals in favor of international companies.

Valeria joined LDP in 2021 after a long experience in Big Four. She is specialized in national and international taxation, both for direct and indirect matters, including ordinary and extraordinary transactions. Valeria has also matured experience in M&A, due diligence and IPO projects.

Mariangela Pia joined LDP in 2021 after a long experience in Big four and important professional Firms.
