LDP was founded in 1993, initially as a small firm specializing exclusively in tax and accounting. Since the establishment of the company, the two founding partners, Giuseppe La Naia e Monica Di Oronzo, have had a vision of working with subsidiaries of multinational corporations, aiming to imbue the firm with a strong international footprint. Displaying significant flexibility right from the beginning, our clientele has ranged from subsidiaries of multinational corporations with few employees to companies with hundreds of millions in revenue and thousands of employees. Over the past three decades, our growth has been nothing short of remarkable. We have expanded our service portfolio with Legal advice and payroll, and gain significant expertise in Corporate finance, Transfer Pricing, M&A, Global Mobility and ESG services. We strongly believe that the future will be built upon the combination of technology and professional knowledge, which is why we established a tech company four years ago to assist companies in their digital transformation journey. At present, our team comprises approximately 65+ dedicated professionals and employees, serving a clientele of around 300 companies, including 25 listed companies.

LDP is headquartered in Milan at Via Buonarroti 39, in the City Center, next to Cadorna station (Malpensa Express) and City Life district. Our building accommodates various professional divisions Tax, Acoounting, Legal, Payroll, Innovation Lab and features a co-working space exclusively for innovative start-ups. In our office there is a blend of styles, combining elements of both modern and historic design. Among the various spaces we dedicate to our clients and professionals, you’ll find modern meeting rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities, an amphitheater with an interactive whiteboard, a living space for relaxation, a professionally equipped kitchen and a fitness gym.
